Our Fast-growing Customer-base

We’re immensely proud of our client-base, and we’re delighted that many new customers have begun reaping the benefits of Improved Apps in 2014. They hail from a variety of industries, all shapes and sizes – including global corporations, niche organisations, project teams and not-for-profits, and include some household names, some of which we just can’t talk about because we’re under NDA…But they know who they are!

 

This amazing interest in our solutions has meant that our 2014 financial year closed more than 300% up on the previous year – and our 2015 financial year-end is shaping-up nicely.

 

So it’s a big thank you to our customers, the people who have embraced our tools to support their Salesforce users in so many different ways to drive their Salesforce adoption.

We love the fact that our clients provide good ‘ol honest feedback and are transparent about their challenges.  This willingness to be open, enables us to provide a better service, and build on our customer success journey.  It also inspires new innovations that influence our long-term roadmap. This open communication is a win-win situation for all.

 

Our Support for Not-For-Profits

We’re very proud to count not-for-profit organisations amongst our customers and to provision them with Improved Apps. Donating our solutions to charitable organisations and not-for-profits is an important element of our grand scheme, and with this in mind, we’re thrilled to have our first not-for-profit focused partner onboard.  Morphate, based ‘down under’ in Australia, are doing fantastic work supporting their clients with our Improved Apps tools playing a vital role in every project.  Good on ya!

Improved Apps Partner Growth

We’re delighted with the increased interest from many other Salesforce partners who are selling applications, consulting or professional services who are now seeing our tools as essential components in their wider solutions, to enable them to deliver increased value and application ‘stickiness’ for their customers’ implementations. In 2015 we expect to be making some significant announcements in this area.

A Growing Improved Apps Team

It has to be said we’re growing in popularity!  As a result of the increasing demand from small and medium enterprises that want to benefit from our solutions, we’ve created a new Inside Sales team to focus on supporting the needs of these valued customers. In the same vein, demand from the Partner community has compelled us to recruit a dedicated Alliance VP to drive this forward.

 

As an innovative and exciting company we’ve also attracted new blood to our marketing team to share our vision and create some buzz around our Salesforce solutions. So things were really starting to hot up… But all these people needed a home…

New Offices for the New Team

We invested in a hub for our Marketing and Inside Sales teams, with some new premises in a beautiful setting in the market town of Alresford in Hampshire.  And we’re glad we did as we’re expanding yet again at the start the year, diving headfirst into 2015 embracing the exciting times ahead.
